Because my car was totaled in a wreck, I found myself car shopping for the first time in my life...very reluctantly! I have heard many horror stories about push sales personnel. My experience purchasing a car at Infinity of Kirkland was AWESOME! Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful. Fred explained the financial part of the purchase very clearly and patiently. When I left in my new car, I felt like I got a great deal and had actually enjoyed everything about the experience.
