Review content:
We were visiting Chattanooga from Northeastern TN, and our vehicles transmission totally failed. I called a friend, who recommended East Ridge Transmission. I called East Ridge Transmission at about 4:30 PM on a Friday afternoon, and made arrangements to have the vehicle towed to their shop in Chattanooga. The shop opened Monday morning and I received a call from Don Britton before 08:30 telling me that the transmission would have to be replaced, and that they had a rebuilt transmission in stock. By 4:30 PM the transmission was installed, and my wife and I were on the road. Thanks to Don Britton, Cary Ann and the technicians that helped us get back home and back to work on time on Tuesday. If you have to have something like this happen to you, you could not find a better place. Professional service, very clean shop and waiting room and excellent customer Service.
