HORRIBILE RIP OFF... My wife had AtlasButler come out because our AC unit was not working... they charged her $369 for a "dual capacitor" and $369 for a "contactor" and a $89 diagnostic fee for a total of $827!! After seeing this bill I called to multiple other HVAC companies and was quoted $200 by Big Walnut Heating and Cooling and Sears Home Services. Both places told me that each of the parts that were replaced are less than $20 parts!! I called Atlas Butler and tried to negotiate my price down to see if they would meet me in the middle at $400 to avoid further hassle. They told me to take a hike and I could return the parts but I would have to take them out myself and bring them in. Big Walnut Heating and Cooling came out the same day, removed the Atlas Butler parts for me and replaced them for a total of $200!!! I dropped the Atlas Butler parts off and am waiting for my check!!!
