"I own a 2006 Mercedes Benz 500 CLK and have had it serviced and mechanical work performed on it at numerous “high end specialty shops” throughout Palm Beach, Broward, & Dade counties only to be left with outrageous bills that weren’t even close to my original quotes and either did not fix the problem or had to be brought back within a year or 2 to be addressed again.
Therefore, you can imagine my angst and hesitation when I needed to find another repair shop. The highest rated shop I found on line was the auto repair lady Angela @ ABS Exotic repairs. I conducted my on line info. for first time clients and received an email w/in 10 minutes. Wow that was quick. We shared a few emails to clarify my needs and then she called to confirm my appointment and if I would I need a rental car.
I showed up for my initial assessment and she performed a thorough exterior inspection pointing out to me some areas that needed to be addressed and at the same time making sure that I was the right customer for her. LOL. She knows her cars.
To summarize, she is a straight shooter with old business acumen. Offering only parts and service that she can in all good conscience put her integrity behind. She stayed within budget, delivered services on time, showed great attentional to detail and followed up with a phone call to confirm my satisfaction. Oh don’t get me wrong she’s a proud and passionate character but my type of character. She has found a lifelong client that would refer her services without hesitation."
