BIGGEST LIARS!! \r
I had an accident the day before Thanksgiving, 2013. It is now Feb. 21, 2014, and my car is STILL not repaired!! The bumper was damaged in the accident, but Maurice's Shop failed to notice it...unbelievable!! My husband is the one who had to tell them that my bumper was damaged, but never fixed!! Maurice's totally missed it!! So, they had to order a bumper for my car. 2 months went by. We had to call them almost every day to find out if the bumper was in. Finally, Katie called my husband to say that it was in. We dropped my car off on Friday evening, and they promised us that it would be ready on Sat. morning. Then, we got a call on Sat. morning saying that they had ordered the WRONG bumper!! We were livid!! We had to go pick my car back up, still not repaired...extremely upset!! So, my husband proceeded to call Katie almost every day again to ask her when my correct bumper would be in. Once, she told him she had to go talk to Nick about it, and left my husband on hold for almost 10 minutes!! He called back, and was told that Katie had left work for the day!! (RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, ETC.!!) Our friends call their shop, ""Bungee Maurice's"" because they always get the run-around, and have to keep bringing their vehicles back to them because they are never fixed properly!! We have had HORRIBLE experiences with them many times over the years, and we said that we would NEVER go back there, but because I was in an accident, the day before Thanksgiving, I did not know of any other towing service to call at the time. HUGE MISTAKE!! We will NEVER go back to them for anything!! We have really learned our lesson the HARD way this time!!
