Real Property Management in Cedar City is unprofessional rental company and services. Not taking care of address issues in a timely manner, entering my apartment without my notice, missing things, failing to advised of insurance Renters Legal Liability benefits mostly RPM as the insurer and not the renter as the insurer. I called this program and my name is not on it all all. I was never part of the policy. I was paying 15.00 monthly to cover the property and very little of it went to my things in the home. They are not trust worthy but shady unprofessional people. When I confronted the owner of the company regarding the mold issue. His exact comment was what do you expect for 400.00 a month rent.(recorded) I would highly recommend to seek a more reputable Management company than this one! Should be a zero rating! Not recommended!
