Review content:
I have spent over $1700 with this company in the past two years on my Mercedes AMG. Their prices are higher than others but they fixed my issues for me quickly. The reason for the bad review is my VW beetle which has been meticulous maintained since 1998 had the a/c go out on it. I brought it here because of their 'expertise'. I was charged for diagnostic time and for a part and was told that they do not know why the A/C isn't working. It didn't make sense to me to be charged for a part and time and have no answer to what the issue is. What am I paying for if my car is in the same shape as when I brought it in? Why am it being charged $97 (lkq sells this part for $13 by the way) for a part that doesn't do anything anyway. To top it off I get back to my car and there were 5 fuses on the floor under the box, the obd2 was loose, and I brought the attention to the shop manager. Who said he'd get that stuff place back in. 3 hours later I come back and he says he will charge me for because the mechanic said he didn't do. I said well I didn't do it and know any things don't work it needs to be fixed. He must have done it because why wouldn't he test the fuse box for electrical shortages if my Ac isn't working? His only answer was for me to talk to his mechanic and figure it out. Wth is that about?
