We've been using Audrie's Limousine since before Roy bought the service. It's the only service we'll use. They are reliable and excellent!
We basically use them to go back and forth to the airport. We've also used them a couple times to go into L.A. They've always arrived on time, and if we want to stop somewhere on the way, they're more than willing to accommodate our needs.
When we arrive back at the airport from our trips, they are always there. They have a really good method where once you get your luggage, you call them. The limo is close by, so they come right away to pick you up. The cars always run smoothly, and the drivers are all pleasant. When I've called around in other cities I've found Audrie's prices are competitive with other services.
One time we arrived at the airport, and the person who was supposed to pick us up didn't show up. We live an hour and a half away from L.A., so we called Audrie's to see if they could send a car for us at the last minute. We expected it to take an hour and a half, but we didn't have to wait long at all! They had a car in the area, so they juggled things and got to us. That's something I've never forgotten!
