I just read the blog of the young mother who is dealing with a brain tumor. She came into your salon looking for a wig because her hair is falling out. Not only was your customer service abysmal, but an employee actually yelled to her, ""I hope all of your hair falls out,"" as she was exiting your store? And you, the owner, actually laughed? I can't think of two more pathetic and horrible people than the two of you making fun of a young mother who is fighting for her very life!! I hope you lose customers to the point that you lose your business over this. You both should be so absolutely ashamed of yourselves. You can deny all you want, but there is no need for a young woman to make up such a lie. I am horrified by such behavior.
