Avi Keller, the owner of My Computer Tech, is a rare find: a technical genius who can fix anything that's remotely fixable, but still perfects the little things that make customer service truly great instead of merely adequate. Mr. Keller can literally bring computers back from the dead; recover data thought lost forever; replace damaged parts and find replacement units when the less-than-stellar company your computer was originally purchased from gives up. He's also friendly, polite, and - possibly most important - always gives the customer the best deal possible.
