I highly recommend WOW CARPET (A.K.A. SirCarpet.com)
I was using a coupon purchased from Living Social for a very reasonable rate. I was totally impressed from the very beginning while booking my appointment. Speaking with Laila, she was SO very polite and considerate while gathering the info needed and also very patient with ensuring my time calendar was factored in. The service rep that came, Dave Brown, was amazing. He was here at the exact time Laila had said and was so considerate of my comments for what I specifically needed. done. He then proceeded to spend the much needed time to complete the job in a most thorough manner. What also impressed me was his obvious integrity and honesty. You know, I just had that "feeling" that Dave was not going to "feed me a line". I really appreciated my relationship with WOW Carpets.
