I appreciate the the help with the aspect of getting things ready for sale, for the advice on the proceedings. The readiness to answer stupid question.. but towards the end I kind of felt lost at times I think what would have really helped for me esp since we really did not get to meet face to face would be more emails that outline what was happening and what was going to happen.. maybe if I had ask he would have
