Review content:
I have had 1 good experience from this location. Just recently I had a tire blow out and the service attendant I believe his name was Jacob was very accomodating and was able to fit me in. I just wonder is it because I had to pay $300.00 for a new tire??? In the past I had warranty work done, due to bad tire sensors. I had to come back 3 different times and each time I had to sit and wait. Finally the last time I asked for a loaner vehicle and was given an adamant no! I had my boyfriend call and explain my work situation and I needed access to a vehicle for meetings. My boyfriends job was threatened. The gentleman stated "where do you work?" "Let me come to your job and tell you what to do or how to do it" "oh I know where that place is, maybe I need to go in and give you a hard time" All over the fact that the work wasn't completed properly the first 2 times and I patiently waited, the 3rd time I couldn't wait. On top of that instead of saying its possible it was my tire sensors they said it could be my fault, that I ran over a nail or maybe the pressure was too low. Which was not the case at all! I believe my request was simple and did not understand why we were given such a hard time.
