Even with the job market being so tight, I was still able to choose between two amazing job opportunities, thanks to Robb Johnson writing my resume. I had been searching for someone to help me write a resume that would get me an interview! I had spoken with other firms and individuals, but something was missing. As soon as Robb picked up the phone, I felt confident that HE could help me! I was really impressed. He conveyed so much passion and care for his work and imparted such great insight just in our initial 15 minute conversation, that I couldn't wait to meet him. Also, unlike so many others I had spoken with, he seemed to listen and wasn't in a rush to get off the phone. He took the time to thoroughly explore every aspect of my work history, education and experience so he could tailor my resume to exactly what I needed. Being relatively new to the job market (out of college only 2 years), Robb helped me to understand what I was worth to potential employers and build confidence in myself. He kept impressing upon me my true value in the workplace, and what I should be earning. I felt hopeful, but in the back of my head, I was wondering could I really increase my salary like he was saying? Robb successfully created my new resume and a cover letter, and advised me on where to search for jobs and the logic behind applying for jobs online. He got me really excited about my potential career! \r
The fabulous resume Robb created for me got me lots of calls. I ended up even being able to choose between two jobs, both offering me $16K more than I was making at my current job! I could not believe it! Everything he had told me was true! I even found my new job using the website resources he told me about. The company that I ended up working for was the best choice for me and I have learned so much. After a year of being there, I received a $7K raise. I had hoped all this was possible, and I knew that if I could just get the interview, I could close the deal. Robb gave me the upper hand and his resume opened the doors of opportunity.
