Review content:
Still in a state of flux on a warranty repair. I took a TV in during November of 2013 and it's now 2/3/2014, and it was not looked at until 1/7/2014. Every time I've called they said someone is working on it ""now."" Parts took a month to arrive, and I have not had one phone call telling me the status. I have had to initiate each and every call. The lady at service acts defensive when you ask the status. The part they ordered and arrived today did not fix the problem, so I now have to wait at least another weak just for the parts, but they told me the last parts would be here in a week as well. This is a workout TV for us, so it is not a first priority, but I can only imagine if this happens regularly, and how it would affect someone who used their TV as a web/Internet browser? \r \r Sure wish I had looked at reviews before I started this arduous journey, unfortunately all I did was call the closest company that was a Toshiba repair. RC Willey actually told me to take it to Protech in Sandy. No more thinking outside of the box for me.\r
