Amazing service and fair pricing. As a female going into a car repair center needing brakes and having having a "clicking" under my hood, I was a bit nervous. I've been in that position before and walked out flat broke. From the first phone call to the time I drove off the lot, I was treated with nothing but fairness and professionalism that I've not seen in all my years of owning a car. I was explained in detail what the pricing was and why and all before my car was serviced. The "clicking" turned out to be that I needed oil (it had been over 10 months!), but they could have told me anything. Instead, it was a $30 oil change that corrected it. I would highly recommend this Meineke to anyone-especially females looking to be treated professionally in an all male setting. I was never made to feel uncomfortable or that I was being cheated. Todd was super pleasant and his staff was amazing!
