Review content:
After the best purchase experience ever nearly a year ago, I took my 2013 Edge in for service for the third time last Thursday, 02/06/14, and had yet another fabulous story to tell. The same professional, respectful, well organized and dare I say fun service was there but there was a new twist this time for me, trust. Just after I got to work thanks to Max driving me in my own car so I didn't have to deal with my walker in a standard courtesy van, I got the call with word my husband had been hospitalized near our home in Napa so needless to say I spent of the rest of my work-day concerned with his welfare. During this time I was kept informed of the progress of my service by the best service-writer ever, Kim, including his finding out that my key phob could not be fixed without the second one I'd left at home or the car wouldn't work...good heads-up on that one, Kim! When the service was complete, Kim arraigned for Max to drop my car off in my handicapped parking space in the parking garage where I park each day and I trusted this would happen with no further effort, or even better, no further thought on my part. When I was able to leave the office, I went down into the garage and sure enough, there was my car, all nice and clean, and the keys were exactly where I has requested they would be. Having my car serviced to perfection thanks to an un-named mechanic and others is one thing but being treated so well and having my trust not misplaced in everyone at Future Ford of Concord means more than you'll ever know and more than my mere words can express. Let me just say a simple Thank You!
