I have a story to share about the excellent customer care of Future Ford of Concord that can't be retold in the little space I have here. Let it suffice for me to say that Future Ford knows what business is first and foremost about: people, families, you, me. Like a good business partner, the team at Future Ford helped me through a tough situation I found myself in, working elbow to elbow with me, to reach a solution that was mutually beneficial. Abdul, Mitch, Fabian, Steve, Corey, and the man upstairs treated me like a husband and father of four, not like a mark to extract money from. For that reason alone I will always support Future Ford.
