When I needed a new refrigerator, I went down the road to Livingood's with the dimensions of the space into which the appliance would have to fit. I picked one out which the salesman said would fit ..No Problem.\r
The next day when the delivery men came, they removed the old refrigerator, measured the space agiain (the same dimensions I had specified) and said that the new refrigerator in the truck would not fit into the space. This was a Saturday. I had to go back to the store. pick out another model which could not be delivered until Monday. My Sunday and a lot of food was spoiled as a result.\r
What got me the most was the uncaring attitude shown by the salespeople.. They almost made me feel that this was all my fault.
