I recently drove off with a brand new 2014 Toyota Camry from this establishment. I am a recent college graduate and it was my first car-buying experience. Everyone here was very friendly and knowledgable and I walked out with the best deal I could've asked for.
The staff was extremely helpful and took the time to make sure that I understood every step of the process as well as the different choices I had. They really work with you and your situation to get you into your dream car at a price that is affordable.
Alana explained all the paperwork to me thoroughly so I knew what the contract entailed. There was also a contract written in Vietnamese that is given to you to help with those who have english as their second language.
Steven Trans made sure that I got the rebates that I qualified for, and he used that for the down payment so that I could get a better monthly payment deal. He took my questions and comments into consideration and was a very good salesman.
I felt like a valued customer every step of the process and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a car.
