We were very pleased with Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning. From our first contact with Kim, the estimate process, setting up appointment and reminders. They recommended a mover for moving large furniture for the power stretching that worked well too. And Hector, our technician, was excellent. He had to deal with a couple of more difficult situations in the power stretching and was very knowledgeable. He worked hard and the carpet looks very nice. Thanks for the pride you take in your work and your excellent customer service.
