No Integrity. I took my 2011 Subaru Outback to them because it was overheating. At first they could not determine what was wrong so they suggested changing the filters and thermostat and flush the coolant ($250, but totally shooting in the dark). When it overheated again I took it back and they determined that it was a faulty ECM ($850, and said they would guarantee their work if it ended up not solving the problem). My husband specifically asked if they had checked all the other components (i.e. radiator, heads, water pump, electrical system and they said everything else checked out, it was definitely the ECM.) It still continued to overheat so we took it back a third time at which point they said it was a clogged radiator ($500 more even though the owner himself had promised that there would be no charge for this thrid service). It continued to overheat so they finally decided it must be a head problem (that one came with a price tag of over $2000 but they said they would cut us a break and only charge $1700). In the end we took it to a dealer who not only fixed the problem in a single day (under warranty) but mentioned Roos had used the wrong coolant and put in the wrong size filters. When I went back to Roos to let them know they said things like, Sorry, that's really unfortunate, the tech we had working on your car was new, we started using the wrong coolant on purpose because the correct coolant is sooo expensive, etc. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Again, no integrity and really poor service. If you don't know how to fix a problem, you should say so and not waste everyone's time and money. (Oh, I amlost forgot, when they replaced the car's ECM they could not get it to sync with my remote start and just handed it back to me and said, oh well). There was not one thing that they did right.
