I have lost over 15 pounds in Total Ryu's Kickboxing Program. I just finished my second 10 Week Body Shaping Course and am starting my third in March. Sensei Charles urges you to do your best in class. It is a very caring, supportive atmosphere with the instructors and students. I have noticed a total transformation.
