I used Joe of King Appliance when my garbage disposal stopped working. I pulled Joe's name off of the internet, and he came out. I had no problems with Joe, but I was a bit angry at myself for not looking into the charges further. The fees they charged me for the new disposal were understandable, but they also charged me $80 for the truck that was used to pick-up a new garbage disposal. This should be part of doing business, and I shouldn't have to pay for that expense. I tried to cancel the order, but it turned out that I wouldn't have been able to get my deposit back, so there was no alternative but to pay the remaining balance. My bill ended up costing me $471 for a half horse power garbage disposal.
I don't know if I would use them again.
