It really is a shame when a public forum meant to inform and provide consumers with honest first hand experiences with businesses is manipulated and undermined. MY experience with the dealership was below average at best. Confused and mishandled mistakes made for a series of unnecessary complications. To believe that any company maintains 0 average reviews, or simply good reviews that are not generic public relation talking points is completely insulting. Self posting has pretty much been accepted as the norm in 2014, but at some point, come on now. Closely examine some of these testimonies. Ridiculous.
