Please read if you are considering booking this venue! I was just informed that they did not hold the date for my wedding reception!! I have already put together my save the dates and have been planning the entire reception at this venue. Not only do I not have a place for my reception they have already booked another couple for that date. \r

My Fiance and I flew all the way from New Orleans and booked an appiontment with April end of November. We told her we loved the space and would call her immediatly the next day after we confirmed the date with the church. \r
I called her the next day and was givin a verbal confirmation and April told me she would send me a menu and was so excited to plan my wedding with me. I was sent an email confirming that we had Novemeber 15, 2014 blocked for our use and attached sample menus. She told me the office was closed for the holidays. I assumed we would pick up the planning for after the holidays. \r

I was surprised that I had not heard from her on when our first deposit was due. She claimed that she had sent me 'messages' asking if I still wanted the date. When my father asked her and her husband Craig to please forward us these alleged messages they did not respond. We asked one more time and also asked if they could please help to rectify the situation. They responded saying they would not communicate with us any further. I cannot believe a place in Roswell, GA where my whole family is from would do business this way! I understand people make mistakes, but the fact that they could not even apologize for the huge ball they dropped was the worst thing. Especially for such an important day when they know how much planning has to go into a specific date. \r

I would hate for this to happen to any other bride. There are so many other beautiful places in Roswell to plan your wedding.
