I am consistently impressed by the thoroughness of the annual inspections done by Allen personnel and Mark is no exception. I also appreciate the soft sell. They tell you what they find without trying to make you feel the house is going to collapse if a problem isn't fixed immediately. In my case, the toilets showed signs of rust that will eventually need to be dealt with but are fine for now. He explained what my options were and what the approximate costs would probably be. This is what I wanted and what I have come to expect from Allen service.
