I like Dr. Stuart, but unfortunately her staff, specifically her office manager, have made it so that I am no longer a customer. I had an issue with their billing (specifically, my son who is in college received the first bill for an office visit that I had thought had been handled by his insurance more than one year after the visit). I called the contract billing person, who said I had to speak with the office manager. I left several messages for the office manager until she finally called me back. I explained that I felt that the bill should be written off as a whole year had transpired, he's not even with the same insurance company that he was with at the time of the visit. I told her that if the bill had been sent in a timely fashion that I would have been happy to look into it but too much time had passed for me to do so easily. She then told me that she would look into the issue and call me back within 24 hours and I never heard back. Then two months later, I once again received the bill. I called and left several messages again but she did not return my calls. The last time I called she told the receptionist to tell me that she wouldn't talk to me because the bill was in my son's name (even though I am the responsible party on the insurance!) Quite a bizzare experience that I don't have the time or patience for. Not sure what else to do but to leave my experience for others to see. I've spent way too much money at their office to be treated so poorly. I'll find another place who will gladly take my money and provide excellent service.\r
