Review content:
This business habitually hires a temporary assistant at tax time, and then burns through them at an alarming rate. I replaced my predecessor for the two weeks prior to 4/15/2012, and was given rave reviews when I left. I was rehired for the 2013 tax season, and after two weeks of being told everything I did was great - I was ambushed by Duane (the son), and his wife, and told I did virtually everything wrong! I left - mystified! The father, Robert (Bob) Johnson is a good man, but his son Duane is taking over his business and ruining it. He is phony, inarticulate, and two-faced. He bad mouths his clients, and smiles in their faces. I would recommend any other tax company ahead of using this one. After 30+ years of office work, this is by far the worst experience I have ever had in an administrative role.
