Walked in for a 90 minute massage after a hard job, to my surprise and perhaps should have sparked suspicion was taken right away. The open at ceiling (not private) room were loud and loud music and conversations happened during my treatment. On the table my necklace was still on so I handed it to the masseuse, after I dressed in the very dark room (no light to turn on) I continued to have a pedicure and a wash and blow out, so I was there for more than a hour more. When I arrived back to my hotel I noticed I wasn't wearing my necklace, I immediately called but they were closed, I left a message and then went back first thing in the morning, to guess what NO necklace. The owner is a horrible human being, when I called the next day to check in she had her ""manager"" threaten me on the phone if I leave a bad review. \r
