I had inquired about a Ford Fusion online, which Rex answered immediately and we set an appointment for a test drive. Scott gave me a very friendly greeting when I first came in. I felt comfortable right away. Rex was very knowledgeable about all the different features and trim levels. I never felt pressured, and he helped me go through every car on the lot before I settled on what I wanted. The close was very fast; probably one of the fastest closes on a vehicle I've ever had.
