Review content:
I had two cases with Rami Lee. The first time her clerk, Vicky, helped with all the documents and was pretty available for phone calls, but Rami Lee just had one meeting with me. The second time though was completely terrible. Rami Lee didn't have a single meeting with me, was very slow on responding the emails and phone calls (it took her about week to two weeks each time to reply to voice mail or email). And this time even Vicky was not very available. They are not in the Pittsburgh office at almost any time. They are there only a couple days a week for a couple of hours. So it is really very difficult to reach them. And Rami Lee didn't even go to the green card interview with us. She did return $250 but it took her about three weeks after she said that she would return this amount. So i can say that I wish i could put zero stars here, because my cases were easy so I'm not sure, probably Rami Lee is a good lawyer, but in my cases it was almost impossible to reach neither her, nor Vicky. So it was a very disappointing experience.
