I recently moved and was told about Dr. Stauffer. I was only able to make an appointment for my son because it was incredibly hard to get into the office and the wait time for an appointment was way too long. Also when I paid a balance I sent a check out and it took over a month for them to put it through, during that time they sent me more bills and charged me late fees. I switched offices because of this and when I tried to get x-rays sent to my new office the receptionist was very rude and refused to help me out. She then hung up on me. I have never had so much trouble with a dental office in my life. I work in the dental field and I will definitely be telling everybody to avoid Stauffer Dental Associates.
