Just like to say that Chris Roberson and Amy Kemary really made my recent Wrangler purchase rethink how the car buying process goes. A friend of mine purchased his Fiat 4-door from Chris last year when they first came out and told me that if I ever decided to trade out of my pickup truck (I talked about doing so for years) that I should make Heritage Owings Mills my first stop. There was no pressure, they showed me how good my price was compared to competing stores, and all the staff I came in contact with exhibited a high degree of professionalism and salesmanship. That's saying a lot coming from someone who abhorred the car buying process, and moreover has worked in commercial property real estate sales for the last 13 years!
