This 1 star review is in regards to the manager Alicia and not the men who go out on location. \r

I had a great experience with the man who came out to check my clogged sink. I had put Draino in it the night before which I thought did not work but he quickly realized that I just needed to turn on the garbage disposal. I immediately asked how much I would owe for the help, realizing that it was quite silly that he had to come out to turn on the disposal for me. He told me I would not be charged for anything.\r

Within a week a bill came from Drain Doctors for $100. I called to explain what had happened and I spoke with Alicia who is the manager. She was rude and continued to tell me that it was my property managements fault that I was getting billed even though the bill for the work was coming from Drain Doctors. I tried to explain the situation further and reiterated that I was told I would not be charged for anything and she told me it was simply a misunderstanding and that he didn't mean to say that. The conversation resulted in her saying ""Sorry sweetie, there isn't anything I can do"" and then she hung up on me as I was mid sentence. \r

I completely understand that these men need to be paid for going out to your house but when I am told that I will not be charged and I end up with a $100 bill I am no longer understanding. I am especially frustrated by the extremely unprofessional way I was treated and they will not be getting my business again specifically because of my experience with the manager.
