I just experienced an apartment miracle! You usually hear about landlords ripping you off and not fixing things. The Eberly Company is not that company! On Friday evening I heard a popping sound under my kitchen sink, and hot water came flooding out, flooding my kitchen, and even into the living room. I called the emergency number and Chuck Eberly himself called me back within 5 minutes. Within the hour I had a plumber at my door, fixing the problem, and then a half hour after that a guy came to clean up the mess and dry out the cabinets and the carpet. The fast response definitely saved the kitchen from mold. And now, bright and early this morning, someone from Eberly knocked on my door to finish the repairs and make sure everything was fixed.
