Review content:
Let me start by saying that we bought our Odyssey from Howdy Honda based upon recommendations from this site. Maybe those recommendations were based upon experiences before the dealership moved. The buying experience in 2007 wasn't too bad. The year since then has been only oil changes, which @ $33 ea will stop after yesterday's experience. We've been delaying warranty service because they only provide a ride away from the dealership, not a pickup. Finally got the chance to get the van in for work- what a disappointment. The easy stuff: left grease prints on the windows and door sills. The heavy stuff, either lied, or didn't remember, until I furnished proof then they admitted problems and/or lack of knowledge. At one point, their tech asked me to train him. When we asked the salesman that handled the transaction last year to provide an independent opinion, and possibly provide some help in escalating the dealer's response to the problems, his initial reluctance transitioned to insults. One Honda dealer down.
Pros: New building
Cons: unskilled service. After inital sale, salesman insulting
