Review content:
We were so happy when we bought our Odyssey from them. But after a couple of months when the driver side air conditioning wasn't working, we brought the car in. They billed us a lot & replaced parts that didn't need to replace. When we called to ask them about it - they wouldn't call back. I called the manager & explained the problem - he promised to investigate and call us back - he didn't. We even called our beloved salesman who we bought the car from - he promised to investigate & get back to us... he didn't. I'm really angry. Three people there promised to call us & none of them did. And I've started going to the Honda place on 2222 for repairs... so far, we are happy.
