This is a review for Dr James Chan regarding Asian blepharoplasty. I was searching for a doctor to correct inconsistencies between my two eyes, and I am so glad I chose Dr Chan. I was searching for a doctor with great bedside manner (I believe that if someone is approachable, they will deliver upon what YOU want, which is extremely important in this situation), someone with experience (I felt my eyes were complicated as they were 'inconsistently asymmetric'), and someone who would perform this procedure without heavy anesthesia (we used local) to greatly reduce risk. He listened to me and absolutely delivered by fixing the asymmetry and deepening my barely-there folds yet leaving me with a natural-looking appearance. I can't say enough about his staff; Kayla, who cheerfully helped me with all of my crazy (re-)scheduling and questions, and Yvonne, who assisted Dr Chan during the initial consult and during the procedure. Dr Chan was available 24/7 via his personal cell phone, and did everything in his power to accommodate my needs. Everyone made me feel like I was the most important person in the world. I couldn't believe how simple the procedure was with Dr Chan, and I am just so thrilled with the results. My highest recommendations go to Dr Chan and staff at Reviance!
