Review content:
We started using East Urban many years ago. We had received a quote on a truck we had that was very expensive. After taking it to Jeri and his crew, we found that most of the work we had been quoted on by another shop did not even need to be done! We have never felt taken advantage of at East Urban. I had them check my breaks on this visit as I was sure they probably needed replacement. They told me they still have 60% left! Very reputable, excellent communication & honesty keep me going back!
