As the other reviewer stated, BEWARE! We tried to get our son's prescription refilled through their Canton office. You get routed to an automated message that tells you to call your pharmacy to request refills via the pharmacist. We followed the process and the pharmacy requested a refill on our behalf....after giving it the standard 72 hours, we called the pharmacy back, they told us the doctor had not responded yet. The pharmacy submitted the refill request again......called back a few days later, same answer. Pharmacy submitted refill request AGAIN....called back, same answer. After getting nowhere with this process, we called the Canton office again and pressed the option to make an appointment. As soon as we said we needed to get our son's prescription refilled, the admin sent us directly to the same stupid automated message again. We called back, pressed the option to make an appointment and immediately said, ""DO NOT SEND US TO THE AUTOMATED MESSAGE AGAIN PLEASE!""....then proceeded to explain our numerous requests to get a prescription refilled using their process. They put us on hold and another clerk answered. We explained again the issue and she responded ""well you have to come back in and be seen by the doctor because it's been over a year since your son's last visit"". Ummmm, that would have been great information to know instead of spending 3 weeks following THEIR process to get prescriptions refilled. The little clerk explained that our pharmacy should've relayed that message to us.....to which we replied, ""why didn't you just call us to notify us that an appointment was needed? You have our phone number in his records, correct?"". The little clerk continued to push this back on us and the pharmacy and did nothing to try to resolve the situation. She continued to interrupt me and tell me how wrong we were for using the refill process THEY have in place. Dear Jesus, really??? After a heated conversation between both parties, the silly little clerk hung up on us. Today, we received in the mail a ""letter of termination of services"" from their ""CEO"". LOL, ummm, there are tons of dermatologists in Atlanta and I hate to break it to you sweetheart, but we fired you over a week ago. My god, how do businesses like this survive with such pathetic customer service skills???\r \r By the way, it's nearly impossible to get an appointment with a real dermatologist at the Canton office. All they do is offer the services of their nurse practitioner or whatever they are called....kind of reminds me of a puppy mill or a ""doc-in-a-box"" yet there's no doc around. LOL! Adios Marietta Dermatology!
