Review content:
Appreciate the flexibility (transfer of wheels from trade-in car to purchased vehicle). Sales and Financial staff were great to work with thus the five-star rating. My only criticism is that the used car office/lounge facility is definitely second class compared to the new car facility. I think Infiniti would do well to spiff things up. Treat your used car customers like they are first class and gain new car customers and referrals down the road. Today's used Infiniti buyer may very well become a new car buyer in the future. Give them a great experience! One other thing. I traded in an early J30t (bought in September 1992) for the last model year (1997) J30. I have been disappointed that Infiniti has not produced a more up-to-date J style vehicle to replace the J30. I might have purchased a new one. P.S. Naming all new models as "Q" is a big step in the wrong direction. It is confusing.
