I have a service contract with them, started July 2013, its now Jan 2013 (about 6 months into the one year service contract). I had service contracts with them for the previous 4 years as well. The first three years went good.....probably because we had no problems. This year we needed them to come service the system about 4 times in a 2 month span, keep kicking off. In those 4 times that they came out they replaced the same 2 items telling me they kept going bad. In the back of my head I am thinking there is a bigger problem they either don't want to fix or they just aren't competent enough to realize and fix. I call them out a 5th time in that two month period because once again our system is not working. They tell me now that my contract is void because I violated my contract (which I never received by the way) and that it would cost me $79 to have them come out.\r \r Plain and simple....they do a good job as long as you don't need them or have a serious problem. Once they find out there is a real issue, or that their band aid fixes aren't working they will find any excuse to back out of the contract that you probably never got.
