I am so very sorry I put my dog through this experience. She has not been the same since she returned from a 5-day stay. We have boarded our dog at other facilities while we are on vacation and she has always come back exactly as she left - a very happy and playful puppy. On her return from this place, she is timid, shy, sad, and absolutely not the same dog. In addition, she lost a couple pounds at this facility. The moment we got home, she ate and drank water as if she were starved and dehydrated.\r

As for the service, the owners are loud, obnoxious, and very unprofessional people. While standing at the desk waiting to pay, the husband owner was yelling at his wife on the phone and hung up on her - then explained to me that it was his wife. Then when he went in the back to retrieve our dog, he was yelling very loud at someone – this was not a good sign as I can only imagine what he and his horrible staff did to our dog. \r
Please, if you love your pet, don't bring them to this place – there are many qualified and caring kennel owners that will keep your pet happy and safe.\r
