They are friendly even when I work nights they offer to keep the dogs a bit longer after they are done for no extra cost. My shi tzu moved on her last grooming and she got cut. I know it happens but Annie did show it to me told me they put stuff on it. I loved their honesty. I know that it sometimes the dogs move and get cut but most places I've been never said anything and I get home and see my baby is in pain or being bothered. I loved how they were honest. I would highly recommend this place for grooming.\r
