We certainly got their ""Signature Experience."" \r
They did a terrible job on our home. Delay after delay after delay.\r
Repeatedly not following the plans. Walls in the wrong places, doors framed in at the wrong places. Terrible communication. We were supposed to get calls each Monday with updates - none, not one. Their response to why we were not getting calls, even though it was written into the AJ book as part of our contract: "" we don't do that anymore."" \r
Failure to supervise the site properly. \r

They delivered and started to install the wrong color roof. When we pointed it out to them, they stopped working on our house entirely for 5 weeks. Not just stopped working on the roof, stopped working on everything, for 5 weeks.\r
We moved in and the septic system didn't work.\r
We have lived in our home over two months and still have trades which need to finish - including electrical. \r

We had architects and professional inspectors come and provide independent inspections. All pointed out major deficiencies - some of the problems corrected, and many not.
