I just want to say what a blessing it has been working with Brandi Rivera there at Excalibur. As a tenant, I have had only positive experiences. I recently went through a very rough time resulting in having to terminate my room mate and secure another. It's been a lengthy process on my end due to some issues but luckily I have had the pleasure of working with Brandi on the Excalibir end and she is just been phenomenal. Always quick to respond and has done everything possible to help make this process as easy as possible. I will definitely refer anyone to Excalibur and Brandi. I also work in customer service at my dental practice and know what it means to give credit where and when it's due and this is one of those times. So hats off to you Brandi. Thank you so much for everything. You've been awesome and it's much appreciated.
