Review content:
Two snowfalls to date and this company owner tells me I owe him for 5 visits at 30.00 each. The first plowing was fine, even though I had to pay someone else an additional 30.00 to dig out my car before Miller came to plow. No phone call to say he was on the way. I had to run outside and move my car when he showed up. \r
Two days later we get an additional 2.5 inches of snow and I hear the plow outside. I think, well, that was nice of him to scoop up that tiny bit of snow. \r
This last snowfall, I hear the plow outside about 9 pm but it is still SNOWING HARD. Again, no phone call and he plows around my car. I call him today to come plow me out for real because the addition 4-5 inches is now on the ground from the last storm.. He plows me out and I go to hand him his check for 30.00 (the amount we agreed on) and he tells me I owe him for 3 additional plowings...the one he came and plowed 2.5 inches and then says he came 2 additional times on this latest storm.\r
He refused to take the check and told me he will bill me for the 5 visits. How this man stays in business is beyond me as he is the rudest businessman I have met in a long time.
