Irish Pest, Weeds & Termite is really good. Irish has been our bug guy for probably the last five and a half to six years. He's very fairly priced and very knowledgeable about insects. He knows all their habits and everything about them. He's very good, and is always here for the appointments. He's willing to work with us, and he is very friendly and professional.
We've made some really good deals with him. We have a lifetime warranty for termite control for about $600 dollars with a few stipulations. One of the main reasons we have continued with him is that once you sign on with him for quarterly appointments, the rate you started at is the rate you keep forever. That's very attractive. We're still paying the rate for our quarterly service that we started with in '07 or '08.
We've received pest control from Irish for both indoors and outdoors. Every quarter he comes and does the yard. If there is a specific problem like an ant hill, he will come back out and treat it. He always does the little bit extra. Sometimes he notices something you might not see as a trouble spot. He's seen some spots for us we didn't know about, and he's taken care of them without asking.
You should definitely go for Irish Pest, Weeds & Termite. I would highly recommend Irish. I've recommended his service to my neighbors, but they haven't made the switch yet. There's nobody more friendly, personable and professional that I know of. He knows the bug world inside and out, and I've never had a bad experience with him. I've never had anything less than superior performance.
