I recently came in with a suite of issues on my XTerra. One of them involved creaks/cracking notices coming from under the hood. As I suspected, the technicians confirmed that my engine mounts were partially worn away. I spoke with Bob, who suggested that they be replaced, but that I could drive on them for quite some time yet. In fact, he said that if he were in my position, he would not do the $750 job until later either. I appreciated his honesty and will definitely make O'Brien my shop of choice for future visits! And, because I am getting annoyed by all the noises under the hood, I'll probably bring it in for new mounts within a year anyway! Thanks again for a good experience --
